Went here for the first time today with my work team. The staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating, and overall the food was good. That said, my roasted cauliflower could’ve been cooked a bit longer (it was still quite raw in parts), and the calamari was similar. Also, I wouldn’t really call it an “express lunch” — it took about 30 minutes for our drinks to arrive and just shy of an hour for the food. Still a nice spot, but the timing and a couple of dishes could be improved.

We had an excellent meal. Couldn’t fault it. The service was great friendly without being over familiar and swift. We ordered the rib eye and 1/2 beef ribs Starting with pork belly and tuna sashimi. 10/10 ! It was expensive but nothing we were not expecting having viewed the menu online

Had a lovely meal here in early Jan 2026. The garlic bread starter was lovely, nice and soft and full of flavour. The rib eye steaks were well cooked, and good quality. The onion rings side were also really nice. Helpful staff and nice atmosphere. Thoughtful brandy service. And good value, so give it a try

I’ll never order steak anywhere other than here when dining out in future. They tick all the boxes at The Meat & Wine Co. Quality breeds and cuts of beef. Well seasoned and well prepared. The entrees and side dishes are exciting, good quality and flavorsome. Surprisingly though, the side salad was a let down but it’s just a salad and standards are high. Service on our first visit was impeccable but communication between staff was an issue on our return. Nothing major. This is our go to for family and business outings from now on.

Definitely my favourite place for a steak in Perth. Went with the lunch special this time, so got pork belly, steak and sticky date pudding for less than $70 a head. Had other options for that price, that's just what I chose, partner got calamari and daughter got creme brulee. Pork belly was sticky and very tasty, steak cooked to perfection and tender, sticky date was delicious too. Definitely going to keep going here 😍

Amazing dining experience at Meat & Wine Co Perth. We ordered the full rack of pork ribs with chips, onion rings, and truffle mac and cheese—ribs were cooked and charred to perfection, tender and full of flavour. Finishing with a superb sticky date pudding. The manager and staff were very friendly, especially Mark and Antoinette, and another lovely staff member from Mallorca. So glad to have Meat & Wine Co in WA! Will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful evening at this restaurant and can’t recommend it highly enough. The food was delicious, the drinks were excellent, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. But the real highlight of our night was our waitress, Marie. Her service was exceptional — genuinely kind, attentive without being intrusive, and full of warmth and professionalism. She has that rare ability to make guests feel truly welcome and cared for. Thank you, Marie, for making our evening so special. We’ll definitely be back!

Had a fabulous night, our beautiful server Cecilia (CC) asked us if we were there for a special occasion and we said it was our wedding anniversary, and she organised a complimentary glass of champagne each and with dessert she had a plate with Happy Anniversary written in chocolate with a little bowl of ice-cream. We did not expect any of the extras but felt very looked after by the lovely gestures. Food was fabulous and so were all the staff, especially Cecilia.

I'm particular with my food...my husband is a giant foody, loves his meat especially. The food here was a great compromise for us both 😍 We couldn't fault anything. We had garlic bread and calamari for starters. Delish! 🤤 I had a Portuguese chicken skewer with fries, hubby had steak cooked medium rare. I personally thought the steak looked underdone but he thought it was absolutely perfect...🤭 Dessert was chocolate fondant and it was so decadent. Yummy! A little pricey I feel but absolutely worth a special occassion for the luxury. Special mention to our server Nikki. She was amazing! Very attentive, always friendly and happy...even being as busy as she was, she didn't make us feel like just 'a table'.

One of the best steak restaurants we have ever visited anywhere in the world! We booked a quiet table near the main restaurant entrance and pre-ordered our aged rib to share. It was superb! Everything was perfectly cooked and tasted incredible. The service from everyone was top class with two stand-out mentions so deserved. Clara your experience and attention to detail was outstanding, and Hayley, your warm approach and help so welcoming. Thank you so much.
